Our Story

Founded in 1948 by André Canonica,

the Swiss company Canonica SA, then active in the airport trade and catering, is the historic company of the Swisscanonica holding company.  

 

In 2002, Vincent Canonica, son of the founder, took over the family business with the aim of extending its activities beyond Switzerland and diversifying its areas of expertise.
